Bobcats' Felton leaves game with injury

01/22/2010 - Atlanta, GA (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Charlotte Bobcats guard Raymond Felton left Friday's 103-89 loss to the Atlanta Hawks in the first half with a sprained right ankle.

Felton stepped on Hawks guard Jamal Crawford's foot and twisted his ankle while trying to get past the Atlanta player.

The North Carolina product immediately went to the ground in obvious pain. Felton couldn't put any weight on his right foot as he was helped off the court and into the locker room. X-rays were negative.

Felton was on the bench with the team for the second half. He was averaging 12.7 points, 5.4 assists, and 3.4 rebounds coming into Friday's game.
