"To finally hear that we clinched is great, but we want to do more," Roy said. "I felt we played great basketball down the stretch of last season and we're doing the same thing now. The important thing is just, when we get to that first game, we've got to do a good job of putting the season behind us and getting ready for the playoffs. Right now, we're just trying to get as hot as we can then see what happens." Portland also received nine points and 10 rebounds from Marcus Camby in finishing off an 11-2 month, the second-best March record (by percentage) in team history. Denver. meanwhile, has been struggling mightily recently, and lost for the fifth time in six games in Dallas on Monday when Dirk Nowitzki recorded the second triple-double of his career, notching 34 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists as the Mavericks posted a thorough 109-93 drubbing of the Nuggets. Carmelo Anthony had just 10 points on a woeful 3-of-16 shooting effort while J.R. Smith netted 27 points in the loss. "Everybody that plays against Carmelo [is] going to double-team him," said Nuggets assistant coach Adrian Dantley. "He struggled a little bit today. I can't remember him having a game like this. It's been a long, long time when he had a game like this." The recent struggles have dropped the Nuggets from the top of the Northwest Division, as Utah currently holds a 1 1/2 lead over Denver, which is now 5-7 with Dantley running the show in place of George Karl, who continues to undergo treatment for neck and throat cancer. Portland, however, has lost in 12 of its last 13 trips to the Rockies.

Two seasons removed from that Super Bowl title, the New York Giants see themselves listed as the odds-on favorite in NFC East championship futures at +162. Plaxico Burress is gone and with him all the bad publicity surrounding the gun in the sweatpants incident, but can they replace him in the offense? Last season the Giants were a very reliable bet going 12-4 ATS. In the Giants' last 20 games against fellow teams from the NFC East; they are 13-7 ATS. Dallas is listed at +240 to win the division. Dallas went 9-7 SU and 7-9 ATS last season and with the amount of talent the Cowboys have, a similar performance won't do. The Cowboys have been atrocious against divisional rivals, going 6-14 ATS in their last 20. The Washington Redskins are longshots to win the division at +550.
